DESCRIPTION OF WINE: Good intensity, freshness and citrusy hints; notes of green apple, pear, lemon and cedar. Then, the Mediterranean taste emerges with sage and thyme. On the palate, mineral taste, crispy, with good acidity and dry ending.

GRAPES: 50% Müller Thurgau - 50% Bianchetta

WINE COLOUR: Pale Yellow

ALCOHOLIC GRADE: On average 12.50%. 

SUGGESTED TEMPERATURE: 8°-10°C. | 280K- 283K  | 46F- 50F

TO MATCH WITH: Appetizers and dishes fish based.

PRODUCTION AREA: Feltre, Vignui- elevation 580m/ a.s.l. inside Dolomiti Bellunesi National Park

GRAPES HARVEST: manual in crates with selection in vineyard

REFINEMENT: Low-temperature skin contact for 48 hours, 8/9 months of refning in stainless steel followed by 4 months in bottle
